About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment in the Province of Briarcliff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
