Maintenance Technician (Plat 4 at Research Triangle)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance, and presentation. Responsibilities

• Perform all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment.
• Handle refurbishment of apartments.
• Provide 24-hour, on-call maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure high accountability, ownership, and excellent time management for both internal and external customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.
• Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement provided).
• High degree of accountability and ownership.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong internal and external customer service focus.
