Maintenance Technician - Part Time Weekends

Responsibilities

• Makes necessary adjustments and repairs to maximize the efficiency of equipment.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates them to supervisor and/or lead person.
• Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assists in performing quality, yield, and performance indicator checks.
• Assists maintenance department in repairing, modifying, and constructing equipment and structures as needed, including initiating work orders.
• Maintains proper records on all equipment.
• Gathers feedback from production team members on equipment, workstations, and product flow.

Qualifications

• Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Reads and comprehends simple instructions.
• Works with minimal direct supervision.
• Has excellent mechanical aptitude and abilities to analyze, evaluate, and solve mechanical problems.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills.
• Has experience in the operation of maintenance power tools.

Pay

The starting wage range is $28.02/hour - $37.76/hour, with a $1.00/Hour Shift Differential. This is a part-time position, Schedule: every Saturday/Sunday 8 am - 4 pm.
