Maintenance Technician – Part-Time (Weekend Only)

About the role

This weekend-only maintenance position requires a self-motivated individual able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and dry wall
• Own hand tools
• Be able to stand for more than 8 hours
• Climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs
• HVAC experience a plus
• Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 19 years of age
• Pass drug screen within 90 days of employment
• Pass background check
