Responsibilities

• Perform all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community
• Perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments

Qualifications

• High degree of accountability and ownership
• Excellent time management skills
• Internal and external customer service orientation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
• Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded)
