Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation. Buckingham takes a customer approach to all projects, fostering a diverse team of individuals who are entrepreneurial, knowledgeable and committed to exceeding expectations.

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community including HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.

A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
