Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner and maintain CoralTree Hospitality's high standards of service. The Maintenance Technician role is vital in upholding an efficient, safe, and conducive environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred skill set and experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
• Ability to safely use tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines
• Experience in problem solving, investigation and research
• Pro-active approach to problem resolution
• Comfortable taking directions as needed
• Able to work well with others
• Strong ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Flexibility for scheduling

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.13
