Maintenance Technician Part-Time

About the role

This important role supports our Twin Oaks (40 Units in Ludwici, GA). Part-time position (24 hr/week) with on-call availability to support residents during emergencies.

Starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
• Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3–5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Respond to on-call emergencies

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime hours)
• Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
