Maintenance Technician- Part Time
About the role
We're a growing hospitality and production company operating two restaurants, two tasting rooms, and a 40,000 sq. ft. production facility in Oceanside. We take pride in our spaces and are looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to help keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC filters/minor servicing
- Respond to maintenance requests across our restaurant, tasting room, and production facility locations
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks
- Cook up with vendors and contractors for larger projects
- Keep a log of completed work and flag issues that need escalation
- Ensure all spaces meet health, safety, and code requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience
- Comfortable working across diverse environments — commercial kitchen, hospitality, and light industrial
- Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to prioritize tasks independently
- Valid driver's license required (travel between locations)
- Experience in restaurant or food & beverage facilities a plus
- Familiarity with California building codes and safety regulations preferred

Pay
$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
16–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
