Maintenance Technician - Part-time - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient daily operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
• Execute scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
• Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero-harm behaviors, supporting a world-class safety culture.

Success will be measured by equipment uptime, safety compliance, and the ability to quickly resolve maintenance issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Skills

• Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw (nice-to-have).
• Skills in welding and fabrication tasks (nice-to-have).
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions (nice-to-have).

Pay

Competitive base hourly pay rate of $28.00–$34.00, based on technical experience.

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours per week. Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM.
