Maintenance Technician - Parkside

About the role

MG Properties, a large regional property management firm with over 30 years of experience in acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its property in Gresham, OR. The position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Perform appliance repairs
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Handle apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls
• Perform general repairs across all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property
• Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, air‑conditioning, etc.)
• Customer‑service oriented attitude
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Availability to work on‑call rotation

Pay

$24‑$25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Includes monthly bonuses and company profit sharing.
