Responsibilities

• Complete resident and property service requests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• Perform maintenance tasks including:
• HVAC
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Pool maintenance and grounds upkeep
• Drywall repair
• Minor carpentry
• Heat pump maintenance

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus
• Experience with maintenance tasks or a strong desire to learn
