In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings and their systems to ensure they remain in good working condition. Their duties typically include performing routine inspection, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs across various areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility maintenance. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspection of buildings and systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts in equipment and facilities.
- Handle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Maintain and repair doors, windows and other structural components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
