Maintenance Technician on 30A

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards
• Diagnose and repair in-home issues, such as HVAC malfunctions, appliance repairs, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed using Breezeway
• Communicate work progress in Breezeway, ensuring accurate tracking of billable items and hours, and coordinate with coworkers to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively
• Assist other maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development
• Communicate with coworkers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, preferably within the vacation rental industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Experience in leading a team of technicians
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
