Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and complete resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Show enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Show proficiency in areas such as plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry.
• Avoid wearing professional attire.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
