We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at NOVO Broadway, in Tempe, AZ! The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• As a condition of employment, acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during work duties
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability to work on‑call rotation
