About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities in North Hills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
