Maintenance Technician NO ON-CALL

About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and driven property maintenance minded individual. Technical training/schooling not required, and no overtime or on call is required. This would be a highly independent position, responsible for providing basic maintenance on the rental properties we manage throughout the Dane County area.

A strong candidate will be reliable, honest, take pride in their work, and bring a range of knowledge including, but not limited to, general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, landscaping, painting, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• Tracking and entering Work Order hours, notes, receipts via mobile app
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience
• Certifications preferred but not required
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• Ability to utilize our company's property management software and work order system
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn

Pay

Compensation: $28-32 per hour
