Maintenance Technician - Nights - Iconex
Your Impact
As a Maintenance Technician at Iconex, you’ll be a key player in maximizing equipment reliability and uptime across our production floor. Your hands-on skills will directly support safe, efficient operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on a wide range of systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks across production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Diagnose and correct issues with PLCs, AC/DC/Servo motors, drives, and automation systems
- Maintain and repair facility support systems (boilers, compressors, HVAC)
- Fabricate and modify parts or systems as needed
- Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate across shifts to support communication and continuity
What You’ll Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience troubleshooting AC, DC, and Servo motors and drive systems
- Familiarity with NEC codes and ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with Microsoft Word and a willingness to learn CMMS software
- Strong problem-solving skills, task planning, and parts sourcing abilities

Competitive hourly wage with shift differentials and quarterly bonuses
Schedule
It is a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:45 pm to 7 am. Week 1: work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: off Monday & Tuesday, Work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday
