Maintenance Technician - Nights

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data
- Provide technical support and training to operators and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude- rebuild gears, alignment plates, fixtures and forming equipment
- Low Voltage wiring - installation and trouble shooting
- Ability and understanding of three phase circuits and motor control circuits
- Basic understanding of industrial controls (contactors, relays etc.)
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
- Simple machining and layout
- Fabrication/welding
- Variety of mechanical and light electrical repairs
- Basic computer skills
- Adequate customer service and communication skills
- Able to work alone or in teams
- Able to plan and execute projects small to large
- Able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation
Shifts & Schedule
12-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)
