Maintenance Technician, Night shift

Night shift position with a 2-2-3 schedule: a 2-week cycle alternating between 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3 days on. Shifts are 12 hours (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Pay

$29.00 per hour with a $3.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and work-order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure good housekeeping.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations under the “Safety First, Quality Always” principle.
• Clean and lubricate machinery parts (shafts, bearings, gears).
• Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic equipment.
• Repair or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Perform building maintenance, including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing or food/beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • Stainless steel welding/fabrication
  • Piping systems
  • Electricity
  • PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) – a plus
  • Process control instrumentation
  • HVAC systems
  • Process equipment
  • Personal computing
