Night shift position with a 2-2-3 schedule: a 2-week cycle alternating between 2 days on, 2 days off, and 3 days on. Shifts are 12 hours (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Pay
$29.00 per hour with a $3.00 shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and work-order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure good housekeeping.
- Follow safety and environmental regulations under the “Safety First, Quality Always” principle.
- Clean and lubricate machinery parts (shafts, bearings, gears).
- Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Perform building maintenance, including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep.
Requirements
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
- Manufacturing or food/beverage experience preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Stainless steel welding/fabrication
- Piping systems
- Electricity
- PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) – a plus
- Process control instrumentation
- HVAC systems
- Process equipment
- Personal computing
