Maintenance Technician-Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on, driven, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our growing team on night shift. This position offers 3-day weekends while working four 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Supporting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Reading and interpreting manuals, blueprints, and work orders
• Using hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Maintaining maintenance records and repair documentation
• Supporting facility upkeep, organization, and 5S initiatives
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture

Requirements

• 1–3 years of maintenance or industrial repair experience preferred
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or facility systems is a plus
• Able to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance education or apprenticeship experience
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics
