Maintenance Technician- Night Shift
About the role
We are seeking reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians as well as mechanically inclined candidates interested in expanding their technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, or equipment-related issues based on experience
- Inspect equipment and identify concerns before breakdowns occur
- Repair or replace components such as motors, drives, sensors, pumps, and controls
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
- Follow safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Support equipment installations and improvement projects as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, lubrication, or equipment-repair experience preferred
- Maintenance or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
- Basic troubleshooting skills and experience using hand or power tools
- Ability to work the 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM rotating night schedule
- Willingness to learn additional equipment and maintenance skills
Pay & Schedule
Pay Range: $23–$38 per hour, based on relevant experience, technical skills, and position level. The highest rates are reserved for advanced or specialized maintenance experience.
Additional $0.75 per hour night-shift differential
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM
Panama-style 12-hour rotating schedule
Every other weekend off
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Follow required safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance work
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
