Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines and blown film machines.
- Visually inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Install new or repaired parts to keep machines running at a high standard.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematic prints (electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical) to perform required maintenance and service.
- Work effectively and efficiently with production and senior leadership to solve problems.
- Work as a team player to reach consistent output goals.
- Maintain a safe workspace and commit to following CNG’s Safety Mission.
- Use of office programs, specifically excel
- Utilize Maintenance Software System (MVP)
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Qualifications
- Two years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or other similar skilled trades is desired, along with 2 or more years of verifiable work experience in related fields.
- Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls is desired.
- Work schedule flexibility includes 12-hour shifts and some weekends with the possibility of on-call status.

Pay
Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $25.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.
Schedule
12-hour static shifts (Day Shift - 8:00pm – 8:00am)
