About the role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Neon Local Apartments, located in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
- Completing maintenance service requests
- Appliance repairs
- Painting
- Apartment turnovers
- Taking emergency calls
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200+ unit property (preferred)
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Customer service attitude and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation

Pay
$24–$25/hour (DOE)
