Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Deliver top-notch service to residents by keeping interiors and exteriors in prime condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance, documenting and addressing issues before they escalate.
• Provide emergency support after hours to ensure residents are always taken care of.
• Collaborate with a loyal, family-oriented team that has your back.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification (preferred).

Pay

Position pay range: $17—$19 USD per hour, based on factors including location, experience, education, and overall compensation package.
