Maintenance Technician- Muse Apartments

About the role

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm that focuses on enriching lives through property management, philanthropy, and employee development. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Muse Apartments in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and team-oriented mindset
• Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
