Maintenance Technician (Mural Lewis Center)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance, and presentation. Responsibilities

• Perform all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment.
• Refurbish apartments as needed.
• Provide internal and external customer service with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement provided).
