Requirements
- Completion of resident work orders (general repairs, plumbing, appliance repairs)
- Prepare vacant units for future renters
- Upkeep of the grounds, amenities, and BBQ grills (indoor/outdoor)
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition and follow a preventative maintenance schedule
- Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property
- Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property maintenance
- Luxury and Affordable housing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Held certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Electrical/Appliance repair
- Able to lift 50LBS and stand for 8 hours

Pay
- $33.6508/hr
Schedule
- 8 hour shift between 8am and 9pm
- Up to a 40 hour work week
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK HOLIDAY AND WEEKENDS
