About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing multi-family properties in the North Hills area. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Perform electrical repairs
- Clean and maintain common areas
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic HVAC systems
- Experience with hand and power tools
