Maintenance Technician (Multi-Family, Durham)

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing multi-family properties in Durham. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems
• Perform electrical repairs
• Clean and sanitize common areas
• Inspect and report maintenance issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good physical condition
• Excellent communication skills

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in basic HVAC systems
• Experience with hand and power tools
