Maintenance Technician - Midnight Shift (Group C)

Starting Pay Rate

Starting Pay Rate: $32.69/hr + $1.50 shift differential

Shift

• C: Week 1 – Sunday to Tuesday / Week 2 - Sunday to Wednesday

What We Look For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems required.
• Exposure to PLC and VFD programming/troubleshooting is a plus.
• Basic welding, machining, and hand tool experience required.
• A solid understanding of industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to develop and execute work plans effectively.
• Ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot, and find solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with colleagues and document activities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Must comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks associated with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety for yourself and others in a high-risk environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing work schedules and assignments as necessary.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and other standard computer systems.
• Previous experience in equipment or facility maintenance is often required (1-3 years depending on the complexity of the job).

Qualifications

• Must comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Must be in “good standing” with the company, any written warning or above are not eligible to apply.
• Minimum of twelve (12) months in your current department and have a minimum of six (6) months in your current position after skill block is sign-off.
• If not signed off within the department the twelv e (12) months criteria is the only criteria that must be met.
• Shift Transfers must meet twelve (12) months in the department and shift.
• Some exceptions will be made based on the needs of the business.
