Maintenance Technician- Maplewood Pointe

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities at Maplewood Pointe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
