Maintenance Technician- Luxury Multifamily- starting at $25/hr

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who is hands‑on, reliable, and ready to keep our property running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service mindset and teamwork attitude.
• Ability to work on‑call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed.
