About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance. This role also conducts inspections, responds to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school in plumbing/fitting, HVAC, electricity, welding/fabricating, or carpentry
  • Two years of related experience or five years of related work experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff
  • Mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system

Pay

$22.00/hour - $24.00/hour; Depending on experience

Schedule

M-F; 8:00am-4:30pm with rotating weekends
