About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition
• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, move-ins, and evictions
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings to the property owner
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and improve property performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
