About the role
The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position reports to the Community Manager and assumes all maintenance responsibilities for the 208‑unit family community in Lincoln, CA.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete light carpentry work
- Replace glass and screens
- Execute unit turns
- Conduct painting
- Carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other tasks as requested by the Community Manager
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- Computer skills desired

Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, non‑exempt
- Flexibility required for on‑call needs
- Live‑on‑site required; a 2‑bedroom apartment provided at no charge
