Maintenance Technician/Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to serve as a liaison between Brandon Oaks and new residents for moves, inventory new equipment, and perform basic maintenance tasks. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a continuing care retirement community.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Brandon Oaks and new residents during moves
• Inventory new equipment
• Perform basic maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Computer skills required
• Previous basic maintenance experience helpful
• Customer service experience required
• Background check and drug test required
• Seasonal flu vaccine required
