Maintenance Technician Level 1 - Wappingers Falls

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks related to basic lighting, plumbing and structure of the sites
• Moves furniture or equipment and supplies around health center as directed
• Maintains the outside areas of Sun River Health sites as needed including sidewalks and parking lots such as snow removal, etc.
• Coverage of after-hours emergencies
• Performs basic rough carpentry and plumbing functions
• Operates gas-powered equipment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical layouts (HVAC, plumbing) within Sun River Health sites
• Responsible for fleet vehicle maintenance

High school diploma/GED

Minimum Work-Related Experience

2-4 years
