Maintenance Technician Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical maintenance and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience as an Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
