We are seeking a skilled, pride-driven Maintenance and HVAC Technician to be the backbone of our community. Responsibilities
- Resolve community maintenance requests promptly, diagnosing and fixing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues to keep homes running efficiently
- Utilize diverse skills in carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting to refresh, refurbish, and beautify community spaces
- Collaboratively execute a proactive, supervisor-led preventative maintenance program to safeguard infrastructure and prevent system failures
- Partner seamlessly with external contractors and internal teams, operating company vehicles (trucks, quads, and golf carts) safely and professionally
- Support the community during winter weather with proactive snow removal
- Provide critical, reliable support during rotating after-hours emergency calls
Qualifications
- Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Proficient in carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting
- Ability to operate company vehicles (trucks, quads, golf carts) safely
- Available for rotating after-hours emergency call coverage
- Willing to participate in proactive snow removal during winter weather
- Must pass drug and background check prior to hire
