About the role

The Maintenance Technician at Lakeside Townhomes is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the residential properties. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency calls, and keeping the grounds in good condition.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing fixtures.
  • Responding to emergency calls and addressing urgent issues promptly.
  • Ensuring all properties are clean and in good condition.
  • Keeping the grounds neat and tidy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
