Maintenance Technician - Lake St Louis, MO

About the role

2B Residential, a market leader in Class A multi-family management, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at Montage at Hawk Ridge - Lake St Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain the physical aspects of the property to meet company standards and applicable laws
• Install and repair control and distribution apparatus
• Inspect buildings and equipment rooms, recording temperatures and pressures and reporting and repairing malfunctions
• Operate and manage HVAC equipment
• Manage building access systems
• Ensure the safety and accessibility of the building for residents and visitors
• Complete maintenance requests while adhering to emergency and privacy guidelines
• Notify management of the need for major repairs or additions

Qualifications

• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and small appliance repair
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation

Pay and Schedule

The Maintenance Technician position offers a competitive wage/salary (plus generous commissions) up to $25.00 per hour.
