Responsibilities

• Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies).
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and general maintenance repairs.
• Assist with renovations, remodels, capital improvement projects, and property upgrades.
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project timelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance, as required.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Travel between properties throughout Northern California.

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, construction, or renovation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential building systems and maintenance best practices.
• HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must have standard tools and a smartphone for work order assignments.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors.
