About the Role

Picerne Real Estate Group, established in 1925, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Jacksonville, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
• Prepare apartments for occupancy (punching and painting)
• Handle work order tickets
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies
• Complete special assigned property projects
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• EPA Certification (beneficial)
• Background and drug screening required
