What You’ll Do & Learn
- Receive hands-on training in motors, electrical controls, pneumatics, food safety, OSHA safety requirements, and troubleshooting.
- Work with the maintenance team to understand electrical (not 460V), pneumatic, mechanical, motors, gear boxes, and drives systems.
- Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
- Understand and apply the Lock Out Tag Out process and control of hazardous energy.
- Use Maintenance Software to input time spent on repairs and to issue repair parts.
- Support Global Food Safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, trainable, and problem-solving oriented.
- Pursuing an associate degree in industrial or manufacturing mechanics or a related field.
- A 2.8 cumulative GPA or higher.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications.
- Above average organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
Location
This position requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
