Maintenance Technician (Industrial Electrical/Mechanical)

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities in a Production Environment.
  • Answer break down calls in a Production Environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • 5+ Years' experience of electromechanical experience.
  • A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades.
  • Initially on first shift, working 10–12 hour shifts.
  • Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.
  • Be Authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications

Initial on first shift, working 10–12 hour shifts. As the plant grows, Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.

Be Authorized to work in the US.

Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $32.37 - $34.59 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
  • Excellent Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Optometry).
  • 401K Plan 1.5 Pay over 40 hours per week.
  • 1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays.
  • Uniforms Provided.
  • Tool Stipend (or Replacement) to help maintain basic hand tools.
  • All Special and Heavy Tools Provided.
  • Safety Shoes and Safety Glass Stipends Provided.
  • Uniforms Provided for Maintenance Technicians.

  • Paid Vacation: Two weeks per calendar year.
  • Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
