Maintenance Technician III - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Maintenance Technician III position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility machinery, equipment, and infrastructure components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works as part of the maintenance team to support daily production operations and respond to equipment issues in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility machinery, equipment, and infrastructure components
• Respond to equipment issues in a safe and efficient manner
• Work as part of the maintenance team to support daily production operations
• Work 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed
• Primarily assigned to 3rd shift with the possibility of advancement to a 2nd shift position based on business needs and qualifications

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
• Knowledge and troubleshooting abilities in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, PLC ladder logic, variable frequency drives
• Understanding of electrical print basics
• Safe use of multi meters and amp meters
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components

Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting of AC/DC control circuits and components
• Experience with 480 volt 3 phase power distribution circuits
• Hydraulic systems troubleshooting
• Pneumatic systems troubleshooting
• PLC ladder logic troubleshooting
• Variable frequency drive troubleshooting
• Understanding of electrical print basics
• Safe use of multi meters and amp meters
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components
