Summary: Primary function of the Maintenance Technician III is to inspect, monitor and maintain the facility structure, equipment and surrounding building and grounds and perform mechanical and electrical repairs on warehousing equipment. This position works with local service providers, inspectors, and other technicians in caring for the overall performance of the building and equipment. It requires skills in interpreting schematics, conducting preventative maintenance, and managing complex repairs, including on-call duties. The position is responsible for product safety, quality and legality.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 460V AC (3-Phase)
- Perform scheduled and emergency repairs, including preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and integration of new production equipment
