Maintenance Technician II - Mira Bella Apartments

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Mira Bella Luxury Apartment Homes, a premier class A 289-unit mid-rise community located in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring a quality living experience for residents
• Utilize troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems
• Develop a strong rapport with residents and assist them with resolving general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely manner
• Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units, ensuring they are ready to lease per company specifications
• Help maintain strong curb appeal at the property

Requirements

• 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
• General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
• Fair housing training required; CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to be on call as required

Pay

Pay range: $19.88 – $23.92 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, training, and certifications. This range does not include additional compensation such as on-call bonuses or quarterly service bonuses.
